E4/E2 level in different disciplines. The pay scale is in the grade of Rs.
36,600 - 62,000/- (for E4) and Rs. 29,100-54,500/-(for E2) with an increment of
3% per year. Besides Basic Pay, the employee is entitled to allowance @ 47% of
Basic Pay under Cafeteria Approach, Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company
