·    Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.

·    Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.

·         Provide technical support to dealers/contractors during installation and troubleshooting within all six product categories (Intruder, Video, Fire, Access, Hardware, Home Solutions) and on related peripherals in troubleshooting, programming, wiring etc and ensure customer delight. 

·         Provide high level of technical support for the ADI Australia sales team, Engineering Services Group and customers 

·         Have the ability to understand the common problems faced in product installations 

·         Have the ability to troubleshoot and help the customer in resolving technical issues
Develop skills on problem analysis 

·         Have the ability to visualize the site conditions and advise customer for most suitable solution
Maximization of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and quality of service. 

Qualifications

 - Graduate with atleast 1 year of work experience in voice based technical support process.
- Any experience with voice based Australian process would be an added advantage
