AIEEE Results 2012 to be announced on 1st June




AIEEE Results 2012 is expected to be declared on June 1 (Friday), ending the anxious wait by over 11 lakh students who took the prestigious exam this year. 

AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) is recognized as a well known examination organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) across the country.


AIEEE score is accepted by five Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and 30 other National Institutes of Technology (NITs).

As per the latest updates, Candidates waiting for AIEEE results 2012 would be announced on 1st June, 2012 (Not yet confirm). This time around 11 lakh students appeared in offline and online AIEEE examination.

PUMBA Executive MBA 2012




Executive MBA is a two years programme conducted in the evening (6.30 PM to 9.30 PM) during Monday to Saturday. The 24 months programme consists of 4 semesters, each of six months duration. Each semester has five courses. Six functional specializations[Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management (HRM), Operations Management, Systems Management and International Business Management (IBM)] are being offered in the second year. Each student will opt for one specialization.


Eligibility Criteria
PUMBA ‘Executive MBA Programme’ is a Two Years’ Post-Graduate Programme leading to MBA Degree of University of Pune. Truly unique and thoughtfully designed, this programme is for working executives and entrepreneurs who inspire to be a part of movement for growth and prosperity. The objective of the programme is to provide an opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills continually.

The interested candidate needs to be a Graduate in any discipline from UGC/AICTE/AIU recognized University/Institution or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) AND 3-5 years experience at managerial / Executive level. Work experience obtained only after graduation will be considered.

Managers of private and public sectors and Government (State and Central) located in and around Pune region and having the requisite experience are the potential candidates. Entrepreneurs with sizable business and having the requisite experience can also apply provided the business is registered in their name (Proprietor or Partner or one of the Directors).

However, profile & career objectives of the candidate will be given due weightage in admission process.

PUMBA insists for a minimum of 75% attendance in all academic sessions as a mandatory condition for grant of term to a student. Applicants are requested to ensure that they can fulfill this condition along with their day-to-day responsibilities. 
Selection Procedure

Candidates seeking admission have to appear in the Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The Entrance Test will be of 200 marks consisting of objective multiple choice type questions. Group discussion and personal interviews will be conducted for 20 marks each. The University reserves the right to modify/amend the selection criteria based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the applications received.

Distribution of Seats

The total intake capacity is 60 seats. Out of this 50% (i.e. 30 seats) will be filled as per statutory reservations only from State of Maharashtra as indicated in the table below. Remaining 30 seats will be filled in the open category. 3% of the total intake capacity (i.e. 2 seats) shall be reserved for physically handicapped candidates and shall be filled up over and above the intake capacity, if required. Decision of the Department in this regard shall be final.

All reserved category candidates must submit a copy of ‘Caste Validity Certificate’ at the time of application. Further, ‘Non-Creamy Layer Certificate’ is mandatory for all reserved categories other than SC/ST. This certificate should be valid for the current year.

Online Application Form is available on this website. Candidates are required to apply online only. Other forms of application will not be considered.

Application fee is Rs. 1000/- to be paid by a Demand Draft in favour of ‘Registrar, University of Pune’ payable at ‘Pune’. Candidates are advised to draw a DD before applying online as DD information is required for completing the online application.

COMMON APTITUDE TEST MAH-AR-CAT-2012 FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR OF FIVE YEAR DEGREE COURSE IN ARCHITECTURE

Eligibility criteria for appearing to MAH-AR-CAT 2012
The candidates should be Indian National and must have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as the subject at HSC or Diploma (10+3 Level) or its equivalent examination and secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% aggregate marks for backward class category and Physically Handicapped candidates from Maharashtra State only).

Eligibility criteria for Maharashtra State Candidate for admission to first year of degree course in

The Candidate must have passed AIEEE 2012 (Paper 2) Examination [both Maharashtra & OMS] with minimum 40% Marks in paper 2 are required to fill the online application form.

Scheme of CAT Examination:-
The MAH-AR-CAT-2012 examination will consist of one common question paper of maximum 200 marks in the subjects of Aesthetic Sensitivity (100 marks) and Drawing (100 marks) to test the aptitude of the candidate for architecture degree course.

Availability of Information brochure along with Application Kit and other details
• Information Brochure along with Application Kit is available for sale at all designated Application
Form Receipt Centres (ARCs) listed below.
• Prescribed Fees for application form is Rs. 700/- for all candidates and Rs. 500/- for reserved category belonging to Maharashtra State only (i.e., Candidates having relevant backward class Caste Certificate issued by Maharashtra State authorities)

• Fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Karnataka SSLC 2012 Exam Results will be declared today - May 17, 2012 by KSEEB. Candidates, who have appeared for the exam, can check their Results on the official website of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB). The Results will be declared today at 11 a.m. and will be available from 3p.m. on mobile phones and the websites mentioned below. The schools will  put up the Results on their noticeboards on May 18, Friday.

Central University of Orissa invites applications from the intending students for admission to various Programmes/Courses for the Academic Year 2012-2013.

Eligibility:
(i) For two year P.G. Programmes: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern with at least 45% marks in the concerned subject or in aggregate as the case may be, (ii) For five year Integrated course of Mathematics: 10+2 with at least 45% of Marks in Mathematics.

The application forms can be obtained by sending Bank Draft along with a self addressed (unstamped) envelope of minimum size 30 cms x 25 cms to theRegistrar, Central University of Orissa, Camp Office at Type-C, Block-4, New Government Colony, Gajpati Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751017 (Odisha) or the Registrar, Central University of Orissa (Old Central Silk Board Building) Landiguda, Koraput – 764020 indicating the category for which the application form is required Or (ii)The application form and prospectus can also be obtained in cashat Counters of the University at Bhubaneswar and also at Landiguda, Koraput or (iii) the application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the University’s website. On submission of downloaded application form duly filled in should accompany the requisite fee in shape of Bank Draft.
