Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow invites application for M.Tech & MPUD (Modular) Program for following specialization for academic year 2011

• M. Tech. in Computer Science & Engg.
• M. Tech. in Digital Communication
• M. Tech. in VLSI Design
• M. Tech. in Microwave Engg.
• M. Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engg.
• M. Tech. in Mechanical Engg.
• Master Planning and Urban Development for Architecture

Eligibility:

• For General/OBC candidates 60% in B.Tech. /B. Arch. or equivalent.
• For SC/ST candidates 55% in B.Tech. /B. Arch. or equivalent.
• Candidates having 60% of marks & Valid GATE SCORE for General/OBC or 55% of marks & Valid GATE SCORE for SC/ST candidates will be given preference in admission.

Selection Procedure:

• Admission to M.Tech./MPUD (Modular) programme shall be based on merit of interview. University reserves the right to impose a certain cut-off percentage of marks (to be decided at the time of declaration of result).

• The list of selected candidates will be displayed at University website www.uptu.ac.in  within one week from the date of interview.

• Merit list, on the basis of choice and performance of the candidates, will be prepared for each programme separately.

• If sufficient member of candidate are not found suitable for a course, the course shall not be started for this academic session.

• The number of seats, programmes and/or study center may change as per the recommendations of committee appointed by the Vice Chancellor.

• The study centers shall be allotted as per the merit of interview.
