A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Science with minimum 60% marks. Relaxation of 5% marks in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
For Ph.D Programme:
For Ph.D Programme:
Master's degree in Engineering/Technology with minimum 60% marks. Relaxation of 5% marks in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned in clause(1) above will be admitted to Integrated M.Tech – Ph.D Programme and Ph.D programme on the basis of merit in National Level Entrance Examination to be conducted by the University followed by interviews.

Last date for application : 15 July, 2011
Date of Entrance Examination : 31 July, 2011
Date of Interview : 01 August 2011
