Position Summary
A CSA in this role responds to customer queries and provide
resolution, support and assistance to the customers pertaining to various
products and services provided by the client via web chat delivering excellent
Customer service.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate with or without Experience
Undergraduate (HSC/Class 12) with at least 6 months of work
experience
Class 10th Pass above 20 years of age with at least 6 months
of work experience
Travel boundary
limits: Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
Knowledge and Skills
Good comprehension skills and excellent written English
Meticulous and process oriented
Ability to think on one’s feet
An eye for detail
Able to understand & provide relevant resolutions to
customer queries
Typing Skills: 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy
