Regional Cancer Centre Thiruvananthapuram invites application for M.Ch Surgical Oncology for academic year 2011
Eligibility
(i) Should be an Indian Citizen
(ii) Should have passed the MBBS and PG Degree (MD/MS) from any of the Medical Colleges in India, recognized by the Medical Council of India or DNB from an institute in India, approved by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.
Basic Academic Qualifications:
(i) M.B.B.S. Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India
(ii)Appropriate Post Graduate Degree (M.D/. M.S) recognized by the Medical Council of
India OR appropriate DNB of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.
(c) Age:
Upper age limit for General merit candidates would be 35 years, as on last date for submitting the application (16th May 2011).
(d) All candidates should qualify the Entrance Examination conducted by the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala by securing minimum of 50% marks.
How to Apply:
Candidates seeking admission to the course can download the prospectus and application form from www.rcctvm.org . Application fee is Rs. 1500/- for general candidates and Rs 750/- for SC/ST candidates.
Candidates are advised to take colour print outs of the application form on one side of the paper and write clearly in the space provided in the application form.
Completed and signed application form with all necessary enclosures should be mailed to The Director, Regional Cancer Centre, Medical College Campus, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 011 by Registered/ Speed Post only and should reach The Director, RCC, latest by 4 pm on 16th May 2011. The envelope containing the application should be superscripted “APPLICATION FOR M.Ch SURGICAL ONCOLOGY COURSE”.
Duly completed application must be accompanied with a Demand Draft payable at State Bank of Travancore, Medical College Branch, Thiruvananthapuram for Rs. 1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of “Director, Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram”.
