Central Universities Common Entrance Test – 2011




The seven Central Universities, namely Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kashmir, Kerala, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu have come together to conduct a common entrance test for programs offered in these Universities. This test enables a candidate, as a single window facility, to seek admission to over 70 undergraduate and 5 year integrated programs after 10 +2 and postgraduate & research programs in these seven Universities.

Admission test centres : Ajmer, Allahabad, Bangalore, Belgaum, Bhagalpur, Bhubaneswar, Bikaner, Chennai , Coimbatore. , Darbhanga, Dhanbad, Dharwad, Gulbarga, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Kasargod, Kashmir, Kochi, Kolkata, Kota, Kozhikode, Madurai, Mumbai, Mysore, New Delhi, Patna, Ranchi, Silchar, Thiruvanathapuram, Thiruvarur, and Udaipur. If the number of candidates opting for a particular centre is not viable, they will be allocated to the nearest centre. The decision of the convener is final in this regard.
