Christian Medical College Ludhiana invites Application for Admission in M.Sc. Nursing for academic year 2011.
Eligibility:
An applicant must have passed one of the following examinations obtaining at least 55% marks in the aggregate.
a) Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University, Chandigarh.
OR
b) B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University, Chandigarh.
OR
c) Any other B.Sc. Nursing examination recognized by the Syndicate of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences as equivalent to (a) or (b) above. An applicant shall apply to the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Kotkapura Road, Faridkot-151 203, Panjab for an eligibility certificate, if applicable.
How to Apply:
Prospectus and Application Form etc. for M.Sc. Nursing program for July 2011 may be obtained at the counter of the Accounts office of the C.M.C. Hospital on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) from 25th April 2011 to 6th July 2011 and by post – (Speed post / Registered post) up to 30th June 2011 by sending crossed bank draft for Rs. 1100/- (Rupees eleven Hundred only). Draft should be made payable to “Christian Medical College Ludhiana Society” drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Ludhiana. Money Order, Postal Order and Cheques are not acceptable.
Applicant should send the draft to the Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana-141 008, Punjab along with a covering letter stating the complete address of the applicant including pin code and mobile / phone number.
Prospectus and application forms can also be downloaded from www.cmcludhiana.org. The form fee of Rs. 1000/- has to be added to the Application fee of Rs.1500/- (total Rs. 2500) if downloaded form is being sent.
Last date of receipt of application along with enclosures in the Registrar’s Office is 7th July 2011 by 5.00 p.m.
How to Submit Application:
A complete application contains the following:
1. Application form completed in block letters with a photograph attached and signed by the applicant.
2. Bank Demand Draft for application fee Rs.1500/-.
3. Two copies of recent photograph of the applicant, passport size, full face, head and shoulders only. Applicant’s name should be written clearly in English on the back of each photograph not on front.
